Rachel focuses her practice in consumer bankruptcy law. She joins Lodestone in late 2019, where she handles Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases for the firm. Rachel comes to Lodestone from one of the largest bankruptcy law firms in the area where she represented individuals and couples in consumer bankruptcy matters.
Rachel is a middle Tennessee native having grown up in Spring Hill, TN. She attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL on the Presidential Scholarship and earned her Bachelor’s in Accounting with minors in French and Philosophy in 2015. After graduating from college, she attended Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, NC on the Dean’s Scholarship, where she was a 2017 graduate of the charter class for the school’s innovative accelerated curriculum. While in law school, Rachel interned for multiple law firms where she assisted on various issues for clients with family law matters and criminal cases.
Rachel currently lives in Nashville. You can find her at any game cheering on the Predators and the Crimson Tide or on a trail with her Australian shepherd.
