Brittney R. Mulvaney
Brittney joined Lodestone in 2016 where she manages the firm’s Estate Planning practice. She truly enjoys her practice and getting to know her clients throughout the Estate Planning process. Brittney prides herself on taking the time to understand her clients’ goals and objectives while also understanding how difficult it can be for clients to take those first steps in creating an Estate Plan. Brittney grew up in Dyersburg, TN and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where she studied finance and accounting. After graduating from college, Brittney attended law school at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. While in law school, Brittney was a member of the Law Review where she served as Research Editor. She also had the pleasure of working for Professor Andrew J. McClurg as his Research Assistant the summer after her 1L year where she researched elder financial exploitation topics for Professor McClurg's law journal article, "Preying on the Graying: A Statutory Presumption to Prosecute Elder Financial Exploitation." Brittney has always had an interest in Estate Planning and focused on this area in her law school studies.
Brittney lives in Spring Hill with her husband and their miniature dachshund. Outside of work, Brittney enjoys cooking, baking, crafting, and spending time with her family.
